2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use mzlogin services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Not appearing on the list of individuals prohibited from using mzlogin services.
• Registering only one (1) account per individual — multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and identity verification (KYC) process.
• Not using another person's identity or false information during registration.

Mzlogin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including national ID, passport, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

If you are registering on behalf of a company or other entity, you warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms and Conditions.

3Account & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mzlogin account login details, including your username and password. All activity occurring under your account — whether carried out by you or any third party — is entirely your responsibility.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All content on the mzlogin platform — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, images, user interfaces, audio, video, and software code — is the exclusive property of mzlogin or our licensors.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the mzlogin platform without prior written consent from mzlogin. Limited, non-commercial personal use is permitted provided that all copyright notices are retained.

Any content you submit to us — such as feedback, suggestions, or reviews — is considered a grant of a non-exclusive licence to mzlogin to use that content without compensation to you.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Mzlogin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, system abuse, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the identity verification (KYC) process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements will be voided, and any valid cash balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures.

10Liability Limit
